Bereavement Support Group

At Our Lady of Perpetual Help, we understand the heavy emotional toll that comes with caring for a loved one, as well as the grief that accompanies a loss.  Our Bereavement Support Group is open to anyone who has recently lost a loved one and is struggling with feelings of grief.

Meetings: Every Thursday from 10:30 a.m. — noon.

Caregiver Support Group

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is proud to host the Virginia Beach Caregiver Support Group.

Meetings: The third Monday of each month starting at 12:00 p.m.

Facilitated by the Alzheimer’s Association, this free group is open to anyone living with dementia and their care partners.  RSVPs are required and lunch is included.  Call 757-495-4211 to RSVP or learn more.  You can also download the support group flyer for additional details.
