Sons and daughters, siblings, spouses, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends—the Our Lady of Perpetual Help community encompasses them all. By caring for our residents, we are also serving their family and loved ones. Below are just a few of the many stories that they have shared about how our community has had a positive impact on their family and the residents who call Our Lady home.
From day one, the staff at Our Lady have provided respectful, quality care. They really get to know the resident and the family. Such a supportive community! I can trust that they care and not worry when I head home. Bless you all!

For the last three years, both of my parents who have dementia and have been married for 73 years have lived at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Our Lady has been great in keeping them together. The whole staff are such caring people and treat the residents with such respect. I love that when housekeeping or maintenance is in the pavilion they call mom and dad by name. The staff has also provided me with support when it’s been a “tough” day seeing the disease. I am so thankful for Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the service they provide.

We are so thankful that we chose Our Lady of Perpetual Help to care for my husband’s brother and his wife. When they first arrived, Don was in the Christopher Center (memory care) and Ellen in the nursing unit. The staff went out of their way to ensure that Don and Ellen spent time together on days that we were unable to be there. The love and patience that all the staff members show to those in their care are amazing. Ellen is always telling us how well she is cared for and how kind and patient everyone is. It’s such a comfort knowing that all their needs are being addressed; physical, social, and spiritual. Also, the staff is always available to discuss any concerns that we might have. We highly recommend Our Lady to anyone needing long term care for a loved one.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help has been an outstanding resource for my senior clients and their families. The staff is very responsive and the care is excellent. Although it is always difficult to think about placing your senior loved one in a community, the wonderful folks at Our Lady help make the transition as easy and as smooth as possible.

All of us are blessed with one mother. She deserves respect and the best quality of nursing care. I have found the team at Our Lady of Perpetual Help to be compassionate, loving, and client- and family-centered. How reassuring to hear my mother say, “I love it here!”
